Shipping Policy
We are doing our best to make shipping operations as smooth as possible, we aim to perfection.
Please bear with us if some shipping problems will arise, we promise we'll do our best to please you!
GENERAL SHIPPING
- Orders ship Monday-Friday.
- Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated ship date.
- Some items may ship separately.
- Some items can't be shipped internationally; others can't fly through the sky. See product page for more information.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
- In-stock orders normally ship within 3 business days.
- In case of delays you will be contacted via email.
TRACKING
If available for your country, an email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. Tracking is not available on International Economy.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
ADDRESS CHANGES
You may change the address anytime before the order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
