WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship our products WORLDWIDE. We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

My Little Unicorn partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as United States, Canada, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership.

  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Due to high demand of some of our promotional products, orders are usually processed and shipped in 3 business days of purchase.  You will receive an email shipment confirmation shortly after with tracking number.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Since we ship WORLDWIDE, please allow around 3 weeks for transit after an order is shipped for US, CA, AUS.  All other countries, please allow 2-6 weeks for transit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Free products are exempt from our warranty, so we cannot refund your shipping costs if your product arrives defective  and We will not accept returns for free products.

If the product does not arrive or is lost we will refund the shipping costs, the tracking number will be reviewed to verify that the product has not actually arrived.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

It means you maybe liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees maybe charged once your order arrived to its final destination, which are determinated by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsability and will not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
